Cancellation of Services

You may cancel your hosting service at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the official support channels provided on our website.

Please note the following conditions:

  1. Pre-Activation Cancellation
    If you cancel a service before it has been activated, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Post-Activation Cancellation (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
    If you cancel your service after activation, you may still qualify for a refund provided the cancellation request is submitted within 30 days from the activation date.

Eligibility for Refunds (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

To qualify for a refund under the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The cancellation request must be submitted within 30 days of the service activation date.
    B. The cancellation request must be made through official Smart Hostee Labs, Inc. support channels as listed on our website.

Refund Policy

  • If the above conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the hosting service charges.
  • Refunds are not available for cancellation requests made after the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period.
  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or transferred, ownership remains with the customer until the registration period expires.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team first for any billing or service-related concerns so we can resolve issues promptly.

  • Initiating a dispute or chargeback through PayPal, credit card providers, or banks without first contacting Smart Hostee Labs, Inc. support will render the customer ineligible for a refund, even if the request falls within the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period.
  • If a dispute or chargeback is initiated, Smart Hostee Labs, Inc. reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the hosting service, and no refunds will be issued.

Servers Refund Policy

All cPanel/WHM hosting, Linux managed or unmanaged VPS, VDS, and dedicated server services are non-refundable once provisioned.

Refund Processing Time

For approved and eligible refunds, Smart Hostee Labs, Inc. will process the refund within 3 to 14 business days from the date the cancellation request is approved. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

Changes to This Policy

Smart Hostee Labs, Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
